Reggie Jackson Career Statistics & Accolades (1967-1987):
.262 BA, 2,584 HITS, 563 HR, 1,702 RBI, .356 OBP, 1,551 RUNS
- 14x All-Star

- 2x Silver Slugger
- 2x World Series MVP (1973 & 1977)
Despite having the most career Strikeouts in the game’s history, Reggie Jackson brought power to any lineup he was in. In Oakland, where he won an MVP and multiple World Series, he was known as a guy who was money in the bank with 35 Home Runs and 100 or more RBIs a year, including a tremendous postseason track record of offensive production. After 1976, the Yankees signed Reggie Jackson, and there is no question that he was the final piece to the Yankees winning in 1977 & 1978. In his 21-year playing career, Reggie reached the postseason 11 times, including six trips to the World Series. Jackson was also the first player to ever hit over 100 Home Runs for three teams: Athletics, Yankees, and Angels.
While most of his career was with the Athletics, he will forever be remembered for his signature moment with the Yankees in Game 6 of the 1977 World Series. In his last at-bat in Game 5, he homered; the next game, he hit three home runs, all on the first pitch, meaning he hit four home runs consecutively on four pitches. In his twenty-seven World Series games, Jackson hit (.357BA, 10 HR, 24 RBI.)
